History: Charles was born on the 12 December 1972 to Arthur and Molly Weasley and was their second son. As a young child he was doted on along with his brother Bill by their parents though they weren’t spoilt.
From an early age Charlie was fascinated with animals. One of his earliest memories was of him finding an injured bird in the garden and with the help of Bill and his father caring for it.
As Bill and Charlie were only two years apart they did everything together. They were brothers and best friends. When Percival, the next child was born in 1975 Charlie and Bill found him strange- he was rather quite and wasn’t interested in playing with them. Over the years Bill and Charlie would continue to play together while Percy preferred his books even from a very young age. Their next siblings were the twins Fred and George in 1978, who even as young children were very excitable and caused a lot of mischief fraying on their mother’s
From the age of five or so Charlie would nearly always have an animal in his room that he would be looking after as it was injured in some way. His parents didn’t understand his fascination with them but they supported it none the less. That was also the year his parents got him his first training broom.
Quickly taking to flying he was called a natural and was soon gifted with his own proper broom. Not long after that he was introduced to Quidditch. His natural talent for flying carried over to his skill as a seeker and many people wondered if he would one day play professional Quidditch.
During the worst part of his war his parents tried to shelter all of their children from it but Bill and Charlie and to an extent, Percy, did know quite a bit of what was going on even if they didn’t know the nitty bitty details.
In 1980 Charlie’s fifth and last brother was born- Ronald Bilius Weasley. The Burrow, already extremely became even louder forcing Charlie to spend more and more time outside with his animals or flying over the Orchard.
In August the following year was a busy one for him and his family. His sister, the first girl in the Weasley family in generations was born their parents naming her Ginerva Molly or Ginny for short in August. The following month Bill left for his first year at Hogwarts to the envy of Charlie and even Percy who wanted to go there and then that Halloween the Dark Lord was defeated for good.
Starting Hogwarts in 1983 he was sorted into Gryffindor like the rest of his family had been. He quickly made lots of friends and was known as an out-going sort of guy who was obsessed with Quidditch and Animals. During that first year at Hogwarts he introduced himself to Hagrid once he heard about his love of animals and quickly became friends with him spending many afternoons there talking animals. His second and third years were much the same but consisted of also being on the Quidditch team as seeker which he made in his second year without loosing one match the entire time.
Fourth year he started to notice girls and had a few casual relationships but nothing overly serious. He just wanted to experiment and see what he liked.
In his fifth year not only was he named prefect but he noticed one Hestia Katherine Jones a Slytherin a year younger than him for the first time. He slowly befriended her as he noticed that not only did she have no friends in her house but they had some friends in common. The following year they started dating and he was named Quidditch Captain.
That year and the following were among the best of his life.
After graduating from Hogwarts he moved to Romania to became a Dragon Handler with a promise to visit his family and Hestia as often as possible but that all went to hell when he found out about her relationship with a Professor. Immediately cutting their relationship off he secluded himself away in Romania refusing to contact anyone- even his own family.
A few years later he managed to bring himself out of his phunk and visit his parents much to their delight but he refused to quit his job. He loved it more than anything.
He didn't see Hestia again until 1996 during one Order meeting but nothing happend from it- he was still in love and heart broken over her.
Up until the Battle of Hogwarts he spread his time between Romania and England doing as much as possible for the war.

He lived their permanately with the occasional trip back to England to visit his family and later to help the Order in the Battle against Voldemort until he and his wife Hestia Jones (who he married after Fred's funeral) started to talk about a permanaent move back to England after their eight child was born
Appearance: Standing at 6'3" he is considered tall for a man but not overally tall- the Weasley genes had once again shown their worth in making people extremeley tall and thin though he was quite muscular from working with Dragons and his time as a Seeker for the Gryffindor Quidditch team. His hair is a fiery red like the rest of his family and is rather messy. He often wears it long- not as long as his brother's Bill though- so it falls down to about his chin. Mixed with his pale blue eyes and friendly face he seems quite shy and timid but approachable. Often called Handsome by females and males alike. His skin is covered with burns and scars that come from his occupation but have been told they 'enhance his character' but he would rather he didn't have them.
Special Abilities/Powers: Is very good with Animals and has always enjoyed nursing them even when he was quite young. He is also quite talented at Quidditch and was told he could play Quidditch professionally. He was even saught after by some teams but refused them to go after his dream of Dragon Handling much to their disgust
Personality: As a young boy and teen his had a fiery temper that went along with his red hair he also was quite friendly and out going. He enjoyed spending time with his brother Bill who he considered a close friend while growing up- even later they maintained their closeness.
Always open to befriending people no matter their background or house at Hogwarts he became quite popular though he didn't really like all the attention that it brought him. He prefered to spend time in the background doing what he liked without caring what other people thought of him.
After his seventh year and Hestia's subsequent betrayal he became quite introvert and spent a lot of time by himself. Many people thought he was depressed and they were rightly so but it wasn't to the point that it was troubling- he just had his heart broken by the person he wanted to marry after all.
A few years later he returned to his perky self - somewhat. He was still relietivly quite but he was moving on with his life so it seemed to other people but inside he was still hurting.
One reason he was so hurt by Hestia's betrayal is that he is very trusting of those he calls friends and family- which Hestia definately was to him. He believes that they can do no wrong... of course they have their flaws which he will admit but they wouldn't do anything to hurt other people intentionally.
He is also very honset and open to people even if what he was to say will hurt someone- he believes in speaking the truth instead of suger-coating people but he does know when to keep his mouth shut and will do so without a second though.
Strengths: Compassionate, friendly, honest, trustworthy, open, great with animals, fantastic seeker
Weaknesses: stubborn, too trusting and honest, doesn't take betrayal easily, doesn't like the spotlight
